We deconstructed our super awesome robot. We than placed all of the expensive parts back in the toolbox. Than Brandon's backpack and lunch box got "nuggeted"
Super Awesome Calculations that were worth the wait
T=Torque
F=M*a
r=distance to center of gravity
θ=angle between the lever arm and the force
V=Velocity
T=F*r*sin(θ)
T=19 oz in of torque
Awesome*(John+Kyle)=Super Awesome engineering
V=(circumference)(RPM)
V=1,884 in/min

Twas a fine Wednesday when the super awesome robot moved for an extended period of time. It even scored nine points in one round against Brandon Hoshaw's robot. However it was still not perfect as the back wheels spun on the axles and the super awesome hook device had to transform into a super awesome pushing device. Thus much hot glue was added and a plow was added. We finished with 13 points making us the winners.

On the most awesome Tuesday in recent history it was decided that we should make some major changes to our super awesome robot. This was after one side of our gear box decided to be extremely unawesome and stop turning. This burned out the motor and made us change our philosophy in super awesome robot construction. We decided to use less wood. Mr. Podmers was very safe and careful while cutting off the back half of our robot. Kyle stayed late with Mr. Podmers to place a different gear box on our robot. To do so our super awesome pusher contraption had to be removed. It than moved.

On friday we finished up taking our gearbox apart, changing it to a new better gear ratio, and puting in back together on our robot. We plan on being ready for the next match on Tuesday where we can finally unleash our robot's awesomeness.

On Thursday we discovered we needed to redo our gearbox. Due to some not-super planning again the box was sodered together with the wheel axels. It took the whole hour to unscrew all the screws on the gear box while it was still attached to the robot. We also had to forfeit two matches, because our robot was not ready, which has was definitly not awesome.
